With over 30 years of yoga teaching experience Susan draws on the lessons of many world class guides and life experiences. She encourages students to explore and deepen their understanding and experience of the universal flows of energy, through the practices of yoga. Using elegant principles of alignment and awareness of breath, students find her classes healing and transformational. Susan is well known for the artful instruction using detailed language, mythical stories and verbal adjustments.

This is a 75 minute yoga practice for students and teachers of yoga that appreciate the detail of instruction. We will focus on one area of the body or one yoga concept, and explore through the art of movement and reflection. The sequence will build during the class. This is a multilevel class and variations will be provided. All that is needed is a deep sense of curiosity.
This is a 6 part series for new students and teachers of beginner students. During the six weeks you will learn general alignment principles, initial breathing techniques, basic postures and their benefits, and use of props to aid with alignment.
This is a welcoming entrance to an experience of the wonderful effects of Yoga.
