With over 30 years of yoga teaching experience Susan draws on the lessons of many world class guides and life experiences. She encourages students to explore and deepen their understanding and experience of the universal flows of energy, through the practices of yoga. Using elegant principles of alignment and awareness of breath, students find her classes healing and transformational. Susan is well known for the artful instruction using detailed language, mythical stories and verbal adjustments.

Yoga for Bones:
Yoga has many health benefits. It helps increase range of motion, strengthen muscles, increased balance as well as reduced stress and anxiety. But have you ever wondered if yoga has any effect on the very foundation of your body—your bones? Our bones are made of millions of cells alive with universal intelligence.
This 60 minute class will encourage students to develop their relationship with their physical body and their own essential Self to honor our body and bones — the structure that supports us to unfold our highest potential for a conscious life.
While we practice a combination of focused postures that build strength, increase balance and help build bones we can reflect on the elegant principles that allow us to deepen the practice of connection and awareness. All levels of practice are welcome.
