Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a deep active relaxation practice using the support of props to allow your mind and body to relax. It is a quiet, nourishing, and soothing practice that brings a myriad of benefits to lead a happier and healthier life. In restorative yoga we come into poses and stay in them fully supported for up to 20 minutes to retrain the brain and the body to learn how to consciously relax. Over time and practiced regularly, this can have a huge therapeutic impact on the physical, emotional, energetic and psychological level.

What is Abhyanga?
Abhyanga is the practice of Ayurvedic Self- Massage. It is also called “snehana” which means to “nurture or love”. This is because the act of massaging oil is an act of love. Oil is deeply nourishing, and soothes not only the skin but also the nervous system and provides support to the immune system.
