I strive to help cultivate happiness and health through my yoga and meditation teachings. I offer classes, workshops and privates for individuals and organizations. I practice and teach a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Chair and Restorative Yoga. There is something for everyone, all levels of experience and any level of physical fitness.
